Job Title: Security Guard
Salary Range: $10.00/hr
Status: Full-Time
Supervisor: Assistant General Manager
Security Guards are expected to report unusual or suspicious activity to
Police Officers for follow-up, protect all areas of the Gila River Farms property,
enforce the Farms property, and deter criminal activity while patrolling areas where
Security farms checks are conducted.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of:
Basic security patrols are done by use of Gila River Farms vehicle only. Checking for fires, vandalism, suspicious activity of unauthorized traffic, respond to alarms and dispatch calls; decides what actions to take based on situations. - Ability to:
Communicate and write detailed reports at the end of your shift, ability to communicate and be courteous with public and handle any situations and make decisions in a precise and effective manner. The ability to write reports and submit to management in a timely manner.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must provide a 39 month department of Motor Vehicle record with your application and be approved by the Gila River Farms Insurance Company to drive the Company vehicle.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work is conducted in a non-smoking office setting with adequate lighting, heating, and ventilation. Must agree to maintain a Drug Free work place as a condition of employment with Gila River Farms.
